Under the background of global warming, extreme weather and climate events such as droughts, rainstorms, floods, and cloud snaps occur frequently, which have an important impact on agriculture and raise global concerns about food security. Food security is the foundation of national economic security. Strengthening the capacity of agriculture to cope with climate change has become a global consensus.
