Research Overview:

Dr. Cao is a postdoctoral fellow of Planetary Environmental and Astrobiological Research Laboratory, School of Atmospheric Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University. His research is currently involved in feature extractions and visual interpretations of planetary terrains. He aims to parameterize surface features from high-resolution digital elevation models (DEMs) and and explain landscape evolution on planetary surfaces.
