【学术预告】（2024年“逸仙大气论坛”系列讲座第39讲）极地海洋和气候研究中的热点话题

报告简介：在过去的几年里，赫尔辛基大学的极地海洋学团队参与了一系列的研究工作，将在报告中介绍。其中许多工作都集中在海冰对大气和海洋的影响上，重点是模型和再分析验证。

报告人简介：Petteri Uotila is a professor of geophysics at the Institute for Atmosphere and Earth System Research, University of Helsinki. He has 25 years of experience in polar ocean modelling. He received his PhD in physical oceanography from the University of Helsinki in 2000. From 2002 to 2010, he was first a postdoc at the Courant Institute, New York University, and then a senior research fellow at Monash University. From 2010 to 2017 he worked as an ocean climate modeller at CSIRO, Australia, and the Finnish Meteorological Institute. Currently, he teaches physical oceanography and studies the polar oceans.
