主讲人简介：
冯立成，国家海洋环境预报中心副研究员，硕士生导师。2003年毕业于南京气象学院获学士学位，2008年毕业于中国科学院大气物理研究所获博士学位，2012-2013年于美国马里兰大学作访问学者。主持完成国家自然科学基金2项，海军项目一项，海洋局专项子课题一项，作为骨干参与海洋公益性行业科研专项、科技部重点研发项目多项。目前主要从事ENSO和短期气候预测、海洋生态环境数值模拟等研究。已在GRL等杂志发表论文20余篇，编著译著3本，获得省部级科技奖励3次。
