Dr. Georgousis is the founder and CEO of Raymetrics. He is LIDAR expert, oversees the design and construction of LIDAR and provides training of LIDRA systems for key clients world-wide. Dr. Georgousis received the PhD under Professor Alex Papayannis, a world-renowned expert in LIDAR in his capacity as head of the LIDAR group at the National Technical University of Athens. In 2002, Dr. Georgousis founded Raymetrics and specifically design LIDARs for atmospheric applications to the scientists world-wide. Due to his experience in producing LIDARs for the past decade, Dr. Georgousis is now considered one of the foremost atmospheric LIDAR experts in the world.
