魏楠,副教授、博士生导师。

主要研究内容:(1)天气/气候/地球系统模式耦合搭建与应用,包括陆面模式CoLM与天气/气候/地球系统模式的耦合研发,以及陆气系统在全球变化背景下的相互反馈过程及其成因分析;(2)陆面过程模拟,包括陆面主要下垫面类型(土壤、湿地、湖泊等)的能量和水分循环过程模拟、陆面水热特征数据集的建立。

通用陆面模式CoLM已依托合作项目应用于中国气象局地球系统数值预报中心形成下一代天气气候一体化模式MCV;应用于中国科学院大气物理研究所地球系统模式CAS-ESM3参与第七次国际耦合模式比较计划CMIP7;正在对接国家气候中心、国家超级计算深圳中心、清华大学深圳国际研究生院等单位共同开发超高分辨率CWRF-CoLM区域气候模式;对接中国气象局广州热带海洋气象研究所研发陆气耦合数值预报模式CMA-GD_CoLM等等。
